Monthly reports and dashboards

Five agreed KPIs from the exports your business already has.

If your team spends time copying figures between spreadsheets, I can turn the existing exports into a repeatable monthly reporting pack. We first agree five KPI definitions and the reporting period, then join up to two supplied exports, reconcile totals, flag missing or inconsistent data, and deliver an editable dashboard plus a concise PDF or HTML readout. New: Single-KPI Reporting Check — £60 fixed scope after input inspection. Send up to two exports and one defined metric; I reconcile the calculation, return a concise discrepancy note, and include one revision. This is a reporting check only: no accounting assurance, broader dashboard implementation, live connectors, data entry, or extra metrics/exports. The next cycle uses the same documented inputs and checks so changes are visible rather than silently absorbed.

Single-KPI Reporting Check · £60 fixed

£60 fixed scope after input inspection. Send up to two exports and one defined metric; I reconcile the calculation, return a concise discrepancy note, and include one revision. This is a reporting check only: no accounting assurance, broader dashboard implementation, live connectors, data entry, or extra metrics/exports.

The full-service option is also available on this page. We confirm the supplied inputs and acceptance target before production.

What you receive

  • Metric-definition sheet covering five agreed KPIs, period boundaries, denominators and missing-data treatment
  • Editable Excel workbook with documented source tabs, joined calculation layer, KPI summary and exception notes
  • PDF or HTML reporting snapshot with concise evidence-based commentary
  • Reconciliation checks for totals, period boundaries, finance coverage/IDs where applicable and missing data
  • One documented second-cycle refresh using the same agreed exports and metrics
  • Short handover explaining how to replace the exports and review the QA results

What to send

  • Up to two timely CSV or Excel exports with stable headers
  • Five KPI definitions, including numerator, denominator, period field and target/threshold where relevant
  • Reporting period boundaries, reporting calendar and the person who can resolve source-data questions
  • Exception rules or categories to surface, such as missing dates, duplicate IDs or unmatched rows
  • Preferred output format and any existing visual style to retain

Start with a description or a sanitised sample. We agree an appropriate transfer route for private material.

Scope and revisions

Setup includes one clarification/correction pass against the agreed definitions and supplied exports. Each monthly refresh includes one source-matching correction pass. New metrics, exports, connectors, redesigns or changed definitions are separately scoped.

What needs a separate scope
  • Accounting, audit or tax assurance
  • Live connectors, API integrations, unattended scheduling or BI tenant administration
  • More than two source exports or five metrics
  • Data entry, source-system correction or unlimited support

Timing starts after complete inputs and an agreed production slot. Additional work is agreed before it is started.
