What to send

  • A brief stating the audience segment, objective, CTA, send window, timezone and success measure.
  • Approved offer/product facts, prices, dates, terms, disclaimers and destination URLs with a named source or approver.
  • Evidence that the audience is permissioned, plus the intended segment and suppression/unsubscribe or preference controls.
  • The existing email platform and a least-privilege collaborator seat or approved import/test handoff; never send a password or recovery code.
  • From name, sender and reply-to details, brand assets, legal footer and any required consent/privacy wording.
  • Seed-test recipients, a named approver and written approval that identifies the exact audience, campaign and send window.
  • Settled delivery, click, unsubscribe and other agreed metrics if a post-send recap is requested.
