Clean, traceable data with a clear record of every change.
Send an authorised spreadsheet or CSV export and I will profile its structure, apply your agreed schema and matching rules, standardise safe formatting, and return an import-ready dataset with a visible exception queue. Exact duplicates are logged, conflicting records are not silently merged, and ambiguous dates or missing required values remain flagged for your decision. You receive the cleaned file and a reconciliation report that explains what changed and where every source row went.
SMALL PILOT — £60 fixed: one client-supplied file up to 500 rows and 10 columns. I apply agreed formatting and duplicate rules, return a clean CSV/XLSX plus exceptions and reconciliation notes, and include one revision. No scraping, sensitive live-system access or ambiguous automatic deletion.
STANDARD PILOT — £250 fixed: up to 5,000 rows across two files and one target schema, with one correction pass. Larger or more complex work is separately scoped after inspection.

Scope and revisions
One consolidated revision against the agreed brief. New content, extra outputs or a changed direction are scoped separately.
What needs a separate scope
Live CRM/API or production-system import without a separate authorised scope
More than two files, 5,000 rows or one target schema
Bespoke fuzzy entity resolution, data enrichment or invented missing values
Unlimited revisions, ongoing support or a guarantee that an external system will accept an import
Timing starts after complete inputs and an agreed production slot. Additional work is agreed before it is started.
